How it works

Send us an email. You, a family member or your support coordinator can contact us.
We visit to hear what you want, look at what would help, and check the home is safe for supports.
Together we write your support plan and service agreement: what, when, how, and the price. Take your time.
The same worker each time. We check in regularly and change things whenever you need.
Who we support
We support adults aged 18 and over with an NDIS plan, including older participants who want to stay independent at home. We work with participants, their families and support coordinators.
Where we go

About us
BrightState Care Pty Ltd was founded in 2026 by Hamed Arianfard in Essendon West. Hamed brings a background in science and engineering, where safety, careful records and clear communication are part of every day, and applies the same care to supporting people.
Being small means you deal with the person who runs the business, get a consistent worker, and see changes made quickly when something isn't working.

Not yet. As an unregistered provider, we can support participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed, but not NDIA-managed plans. We'll update this page if that changes.
Our prices are never above the NDIS price limits for each support, and there are no joining fees. The exact prices are written in your service agreement before anything starts.
No. Your service agreement can be changed at any time by agreement, and either of us can end it with 14 days' written notice.
Yes. You're involved in choosing your worker, including their gender for personal care where possible, and you'll see the same person each visit.
We tell you as early as possible and help you arrange cover. Supports you rely on for daily living or safety are covered first. Your back-up plan is written into your service agreement.
Tell us any way you like, or anonymously. We confirm within 2 business days and aim to sort it out within 21 days. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544.
